In the typical GDA sales training program, attendees learn key processes, procedures, and techniques through instructive and entertaining classroom discussions. These discussions are full of practical, real world examples of how these sales training concepts have worked successfully to achieve planned results. Experienced GDA facilitators and instructors lead the group in practice sessions, exercising each participant on key sales training modules and learning competencies to ensure thorough understanding and knowledge transfer. Classes are then divided into work groups where participants have the opportunity to execute new sales training methodologies that they have learned and refine their personal delivery style. In these small group sessions, the attendees receive comprehensive written and verbal feedback from their peers, as well as additional guidance from the attending field experienced sales professionals from GDA. |
